Maroochydore: Whiting and bream from Mudjimba Beach. Bream and flathead form the entrance to Maroochy waters canals. Bream and trevally from the corner of Yinni street. Flathead and the odd bream from the Bli Bli bridge. Mud crabs in the creeks.
Kawana: Big bream around the trawlers at night on floated pilchards. Golden trevally, flathead and silver trevally around the lower reaches. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.
Caloundra: Trevally, bream and flathead from the board walk. Whiting from Golden beach on live worms and pipis. Bream and flathead from Military Jetty. A few sand crabs from the bar and mud crabs in the upper reaches.
