Local Fishing Report: Saturday 10/12/2011

Noosa: Jew, bream and flathead from Tewantin. Flathead and whiting from the mouth on the incoming tide. Mangrove jack and flathead from Woods Bay and Weyba creek. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.

Maroochydore: Whiting and bream from Mudjimba Beach. Bream and flathead form the entrance to Maroochy waters canals. Flathead and the odd bream from the Bli Bli bridge. Mud crabs in the creeks.

Kawana: Big bream around the trawlers at night on floated pilchards. Golden trevally, flathead and silver trevally around the lower reaches. Trevally and bream from the rockwalls. Mud crabs in the upper reaches

Caloundra: Trevally, bream and flathead from the board walk. Whiting from Golden beach on live worms and pipis. Bream and flathead from Military Jetty. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.

Noosa: Golden trevally, flathead and whiting from the mouth on the incoming tide. Trevally, mangrove jacks and a few flathead from Woods Bay on live bait. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.

Maroochydore: Bream and flathead form the entrance to Maroochy waters canals. Bream around the 30cm mark from Uni street at night. Whiting, flathead and bream from the Bli Bli bridge. Mud crabs to 1.1kg between the cod hole and the wetland sanctuary.

Kawana: Trevally and bream at night from the Kawana boat ramp pontoon. Mangrove jack and bream in the upper reaches and in Mountain Creek. Sand crabs from the lower reaches.

Caloundra: Golden trevally, bream and flathead from the board walk on the incoming tide. Trevally and bream from pelican waters canals. A few sand crabs from the bar and mud crabs in the upper reaches.

Local Fishing Report: Tuesday 06/12/2011

Noosa: Trevally, bream and school jew from Tewantin. Flathead and a few whiting from the Frying Pan. Mangrove jack, bream, tailor and trevally from Webya creek. Trevally and a few flathead from Woods Bay on live bait.

Maroochydore: Jew and flathead in the Cod hole. Bream around the 30cm mark from Uni street at night. Whiting to 35cm, flathead and bream from the Bli Bli bridge. Mud crabs to 1.1kg between the cod hole and the wetland sanctuary.

Kawana: Trevally around the 2kg mark and bream at night  from the Kawana boat ramp pontoon. Mangrove jack and bream in the upper reaches and in Mountain Creek. Sand crabs from the lower reaches.

Caloundra: Golden trevally and flathead from the board walk. Trevally and bream from pelican waters canals. A few sand crabs between the bar and Coochin on the making tide.
