Tuesday may be okay early close in, with variable winds about 10 knots becoming southeasterly 15 to 25 knots in the morning. Winds reaching up to 30 knots during the afternoon and evening. Below 1 metre, increasing to 1 to 2 metres during the morning, then increasing to 2 to 3 metres during the afternoon.
Noosa: Flathead and trevally in Weyba Creek and mangrove jack between Lakes Cooroibah and Cootharaba. Bream, flathead and whiting at the Noosa River mouth, flathead and bream along the Tewantin reach and flathead, bream and trevally in Weyba Creek.
Maroochydore: Big whiting to 40cm and a few flathead in the lower river. Dart, bream and tarwhine along Mudjimba Beach. Mangrove jack along the Bli Bli reach to 50cm, in Petrie Creek and along Godfreys Road. Mud crabs in the mid to upper reaches of the Maroochy River.
Kawana: Dart, whiting and flathead along the beaches, bream in the lower reaches of the Mooloolah River and whiting in the canals. Jack in the in Kawana Waters and around the bridges in Currimundi Lake. A few crabs in canal systems and lower river.
Caloundra: Dart off the NE tip of Bribie Island, flathead between Caloundra Bar and Bells Creek mouth, bream on top of the tide at the Blue Hole. A few grunter around Military Jetty and the Boardwalk and trevally on the incoming tide in the canals. A few school jew in the Jew Hole over night. Large flathead in the channel south of Bells Creek.
