North to northwesterly 15 to 20 knots, reaching 25 knots at times in the early morning, before shifting southeast to southwesterly from the south before dawn then tending east to northeasterly 10 to 15 knots in the late afternoon. Winds tending northwest to northeasterly 10 to 15 knots in the evening. Seas will be from 1 to 1.5m.
Noosa: Bream, some big flathead around 60cm, trevally, tailor and jew at Noosa River mouth and in Woods Bay, with bream, the odd tailor, and moses perch in Weyba Creek. Try for flathead and bream along the Noosaville reach. Jack to 50cm and flathead between the lakes.
Maroochydore: Big whiting to 38cm and a few flathead in the lower river. Dart, bream and tarwhine along Mudjimba Beach. Mangrove jack along the Bli Bli reach to 50cm, 49 in Petrie Creek and 45cm along Godfreys Road. Mud crabs in the mid to upper reaches of the Maroochy River.
Kawana: Bream and a few reasonable trevally feeding around the mooring. Jack in the in Kawana Waters and around the bridges in Currimundi Lake. A few whiting to 37cm in Mountain Creek and the canal system. A few crabs in canal systems and lower river.
Caloundra: Whiting on the sand banks and drop offs in top end of the passage, off the banks near Military Jetty, along Golden Beach stretch. Mangrove jack in Bell's Creek, Pelican Waters and up Coochin Creek. A few school jew in the Jew Hole over night. Large flathead in the channel south of Bells Creek.
