Offshore

Winds will be north to northwesterly 20 to 30 knots. Seas will be 2-3m with swell decreasing to 1m in the morning.

Estuaries

Noosa: Flathead, bream, good whiting and trevally near the river mouth and in the Sound. A few big bream off Culgoa Pt over night. Whiting up to 34cm in the Frying Pan and opposite Munna Point. The odd tailor and trevally in Woods Bay. Bream, whiting and cod in Weyba Creek. Jacks in between the lakes. Big eyed trevally on lure from Dog Beach.

Maroochydore: There's been flathead, bream and jack from Dunethin Rock. Trevally and jacks in Petrie Creek. Flathead and bream from Cotton Tree. Jacks, tarpon, trevally and flathead in the cod hole. A few whiting in the lower river and around the Bli Bli Islands. Mud crabs in the upper reaches.

Kawana: Bream with the bigger fish at night around the moorings and whiting in the lower reaches of the Mooloolah River. Flathead and mangrove jack in Kawana Canals and in Mountain Creek. Golden trevally around Minyama island. Giant trevally and School jew around McKenzies Bridge.

Caloundra: Flathead, jacks, whiting and bream in Currimundi Lake. Whiting inside the bar, on the NE tip of Bribie Island and along Golden Beach. Flathead and bream off the boardwalk. Mangrove jack and trevally in Pelican Waters and in Coochin Creek. A few sand crabs throughout Pumicestone Passage.
