Conditions are promising this week with today's winds being Easterly at 10 to 15 knots decreasing to about 10 knots in the middle of the day, seas around the 1m mark and 1.5 - 2m of easterly swell. No fish report over the weekend, due to the strong winds.
Noosa: Flathead, trevally and bream around the river mouth and from Dog Beach area. Queenies early morning out of The Woods and a few goldens. There's good jack being caught around Goat Island and the Marina early mornings. Good flathead and a few big estuary cod also up that way. for more details
Maroochydore: Trevally, bream and flathead Cod Hole area. There's been several good catches of flathead throughout the river. Cod and bream as well as a few buck crabs from Bli Bli. Mangrove jack and cod in the creeks.
Mooloolaba; Bream and trevally from the boat moorings. Some good whiting and flathead from La Balsa Sand basin. Estuary cod, flathead, bream and worth a try for a jack from the Twin Bridges.
Caloundra: Bream, flathead,mangrove jack trevally and a few mud crabs from the creeks that feed into the Pumicestone Passage. The Flathead, whiting and bream from Golden Beach.
